MASON CITY – A Mason City man was jailed after law enforcement witnessed him illegally operating an ATV.
The incident took place Saturday evening, February 18 at about 11:38 PM. A Cerro Gordo deputy saw an ATV near 637 12th Street NE in Mason City. After an investigation, the driver of the ATV, 23-year-old Kerrick Drew Hyduke, was arrested for possession of meth and paraphernalia, driving under suspension, and driving an ATV on a public highway.
Hyduke was jailed and soon released, pending a court date.
