OSAGE – A nurse is accused of stealing drugs from patients in Mitchell and Cerro Gordo counties and faces felonies.
Keri Lea Martinez, age 33, faces four counts of felony prohibited acts, two charges of tampering with records and a charge of fifth-degree theft in Mitchell county. She also faces a charge of felony prohibited acts in Cerro Gordo county.
She was arrested in Cerro Gordo county on January 9 and later transferred to the Mitchell county jail before she posted bond and was released. She will faces court hearing yet this month on these charges in both counties.
