MASON CITY – A Minnesota man was caught stealing at the Mason City Walmart.
Mason City police officers were dispatched for a shoplifter. Officers arrested the subject, 28-year-old Nicholas Alphonse Schmieg of Jordan, Minnesota, without incident.
Schmieg was taken to the Cerro Gordo county jail, booked and released. He will face a trial on November 30.
This “man” is far from anything related to smart. He was just in the Scott county jail roster 2 weeks prior to this for drugs. I personally know him and i really hope he rots in hell. He has hurt so many people and should just stay in jail.
If he was smart enough to plead guilty, he could be released with a tiny fine and no jailtime. Police wouldn’t arrest him without proof from the store or admission from him. Dummy is going to sit in jail all this time for a paddle theft.
