FOREST CITY – A Forest City man was arrested recently with an illegal substance he allegedly intended to deliver.
On October 10, 2016 at 1:39 AM, Forest City police conducted a traffic stop on Stonebridge Drive. As a result of the traffic stop and investigation, officers arrested 22-year-old David Richard VanOverbeke of Forest City. VanOverbeke was found to be in possession of an undisclosed illegal substance and drug paraphernalia.
VanOverbeke was arrested on charges of Possession With Intent to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a report from Forest City police shows. He was taken to the county jail and promptly released. He is due in court on November 7.
