Police pat down suspect, discover gun stolen in burglary

WATERLOO – A young Waterloo man previously convicted of intimidation with a dangerous weapon and other felonies was caught with a gun that police say was stolen in a burglary.

Waterloo police say that on July 24, 2016 at about 8:11 PM, officers with the Violent Crimes Apprehension Team stopped a vehicle in the area of Columbia Street and Edwards reference a vehicle violation. During the stop, officers made contact with a subject named Nathaniel Matlock, age 19, who claims via social media to be from New Orleans and work at Tyson Foods. Court records show that Matlock is under Community Based Corrections and has been paroled from prison.

During a pat down of his person, police located a 40 caliber handgun. The weapon was determined to be stolen from a burglary in Waterloo. Matlock was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of a Weapon as a Felon, Possession of Marijuana, and Carrying Weapons. He was booked into the Black Hawk County Jail, where he remains held at this time.

My great great grandfather was black so he musta been a slave and to think I gave 5 bucks to the bernie/clinton dog and phony show – TRUMP !

Don’t forget: “Black Lives Matter”. I’m SURE this dude is just an “innocent little angel who is being unfairly persecuted.” At least, that is what his parent(s) and friends will say.

Where do you suppose they got all that cash.
