MASON CITY – A local man caught twice for drunk driving will spend a week in jail.
Scott James Wyborny, age 31, was stopped this year by Mason City police for drunk driving and charged with second offense operating while intoxicated. As a result, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 7 days in jail, lost his driver’s license, and was ordered to pay $2,641.25 in fines and court fees.
Wyborny was last arrested for drunk driving back in 2008, also by Mason City police. He is in the county jail at this time, serving his sentence.
