Charles City police nab Mason City gun traffickers

CHARLES CITY – Police in Charles City announced today that they arrested two Mason City men for illegally trafficking stolen guns.

Charles City Police said Wednesday they took two Mason City residents into custody for trafficking in stolen weapons.  The incident unfolded at about 9:12 PM when 19-year-old Hector Munoz III was caught at the 100 block of 13th Avenue for trafficking a stolen weapon and criminal mischief.  Soon thereafter, Brandon Baysinger, also 19, was also arrested in the 100 block of 14th Avenue on a charge of trafficking in stolen weapons.

Police said it is “nice to get another stolen gun off the streets.”

Both men remained jailed Wednesday, awaiting court dates.

Don’t even sweat lil homies, myself, Amazon Steve, and Witchcraft Charlie is runnin business while yous locked up. Peace home dogs.

They stole the gun and were in possession property. And this is not these boys first offense. If they don’t get their s**t togehter, they will just end up career criminals.

Meant to say…..in possession of stolen property.

Once the whole story comes out I hope the ppl who has commented negative things will be man or women enough to apologize to the 2 boys .

You should bone up on your grammar.

Why are they being charged with stolen weapons there was one weapon I think somebody out of straightening that out

Your comment makes no sense.

good to know two idiots are off the street

Eric Holder and Obummer would be proud of you -and I’m not referring to the police dept. No pun intended.. Speaking of old eric boy I heard he’s working for Ford down in Mexicant.

Where is the article does it say anything about a party? Also, both of them are 19 years old which is plenty old enough to know the difference between right and wrong. They are over 18 and are adult’s in the eyes of the law and should be treated as adult’s.

people sould not throw partys with under age kids

Anyone over the age of 5 knows stealing is not okay. Whether or not they were at a party has nothing to do with it.

The question is why was the gun left out where people could get it?! and not in a safe

Why should HOW they stole the gun matter at all? How do you know it wasn’t in a safe? How do you know it wasn’t hidden somewhere incase of emergencies (like majority of guns are) The whole point is they STOLE a gun and should be punished for doing so.

If you have a party at your house with underage kids n your gun is stolen, that makes you an irresponsible gun owner n you should be punished for that! Responsible gun owners keep their guns locked up. And how does ‘stealing’ one gun make you a gun trafficer?

They were trying to sell it after they took it. Hence……trafficking.

Why do you put stealing in quotations. THEY STOLE A GUN. not “stole” THEY TOOK SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT THEIRS. incase you forgot what stealing was. Moron.

Yo wizbang, were you there? Did you see them steal the gun? If not then you really can’t say with any certainty that they actually in fact stole the gun. Now stfu n go play in the street!

Keep your cake hole shut Deby Morgan. Mind your own biz.
