CHARLES CITY – A Charles City man was caught drunk driving for a second time.
Charles City police conducted a traffic stop on February 6, 2016, at about 2:08 AM near the 1000 block of Court Street. As a result of the stop and investigation, the driver, 37-year-old Aaron Lombard, was arrested. He was charged with second offense operating while intoxicated.
Lombard was released from jail and awaits a hearing on February 26.
