Mason City Police Department Investigators are attempting to identify the subject pictured below. The individual suspected to be involved in an alleged theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Do not know this fellow, wonder if police know they have the WalMart shopping cart bandit in jail, the one they had on KIMT and front page Globe earlier this year. Doubt they know , could solve another mystery.
