FOREST CITY – Winnebago recognized its longest-serving employee this week.

Larry Kearney was congratulated by the RV-maker as Winnebago’s newest #1 employee. He has worked at the company for over 46 years. Larry became Winnebago’s #1 employee upon the retirement of their former top employee, Irving Larson, on Tuesday, March 31.

Larry now has a personalized banner to hang in his work area and his own special parking place, complete with personalized sign.

Larry started at Winnebago on June 18, 1968 as a Material Layout Handler, moving to the maintenance department in 1983. Larry currently serves as Maintenance Trades Supervisor.
