ARLINGTON, IOWA – Iowa law enforcement was able to located a semi-trailer that was reported stolen out of Wisconsin.
On January 31, 2015, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 600 Block of Madison Street In Arlington and seized a 2014 Silver Wilson Semi-Stock Trailer estimated value of $70,000.00. The Stock trailer was reported Stolen to Grant County Sheriff’s Department in Wisconsin on January 29, 2015. Grant County Authorities notified Fayette County Sheriff’s Office that the trailer may be in Fayette County. Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputies located the trailer in Arlington and a search warrant was obtained.
A joint investigation is ongoing, charges are pending against an un-named suspect.
