MASON CITY – A Mason City woman who recently pled guilty to domestic assault was arrested Monday, charged with violating her probation.
Cassandra Marie Hall, age 22, was brought to jail Monday evening. A warrant for her arrest had been issued earlier this month in connection to a case where she was charged with felony domestic assault involving strangulation. She pled guilty in September to a lesser charge of domestic assault causing injury. On November 5, the Department of Corrections issued a probation violation report on Hall.
Hall is being held on $1,000 bond as she awaits a December 5 court date.
