MASON CITY – A man calling Beje Clark his home since last year has been accused of violating his probation in a drug case and a felony strangulation case and was arrested.
Jeffrey Alan Beier in 2013 was placed in Beje Clark for the next three years for delivering drugs and a felony domestic assault involving strangulation. In August of this year, he was charged with assault and is awaiting trial next month. A warrant was issued for his arrest on September 18 and he was picked up the next day by a Cerro Gordo deputy and a Mason City police officer. He was further charged with driving while barred.
Beier is begin held on no bond as he awaits a court date.
