WAVERLY – A sex abuse investigation culminated in the arrest of a Waterloo man.
On September 2, the Bremer County Sheriff’s Office received a report of sexual abuse of a juvenile. An investigation was begun which culminated in the arrest of Nicholas Ihlenfeldt, age 18, of Waterloo. Ihlenfeldt was transported to the Bremer County Jail where he was booked into jail and held pending appearance before a magistrate.
He is currently being held in a Waverly jail on $10,000 bond.
