MASON CITY – A Mason City man was arrested early Thursday morning after police were called to a North End residence to deal with a domestic incident.
Kristofer Warren Voigt, age 33, was arrested after police were called to 334 9th Street NE on Thursday, July 24th at about 3:45 AM. He was charged with felony domestic assault involving strangulation, third degree criminal mischief, obstruction of emergency communications and violation of a protective order.
Voigt is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on August 1, 2014.
