FOREST CITY – Waldorf College held their annual spring graduation ceremony Saturday, May 3, 2014. A Baccalaureate worship service began the day at 10:30 a.m. in the Atrium, followed by the Commencement Graduation Ceremony at 2 p.m. in the Hanson Fieldhouse.
Casey Miller, a 1997 Waldorf graduate and member of the Waldorf Board of Trustees, was the featured speaker. Miller is the senior asset manager in the Texas markets for Principal Global Investors. He is responsible for 5 million square feet of office, industrial, warehouse and retail property in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, Texas. He is also responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing on ground up developmental projects.
Family members, faculty, and friends attended the event in support of students receiving their degrees. Over 120 students participated in the Commencement ceremony, including 19 online students.
