MASON CITY – A Mason City man charged with felony arson and burglary will stand trial in May.
Records show Roger Kuck, age 57, will face a jury trail on May 28. A pre-trial conference is set for May 13.
Kuck is charged with felony C second degree arson, felony D third degree burglary, and trespassing related to a fire that destroyed a vacant house at 112 Brook Terrace. The house had been empty for months and was in foreclosure. Kuck was arrested after an investigation by police. he has pleaded not guilty.

A man stands accused of burning down his neighbors house and all you can say is good luck?
Mine too but burning their house doesn’t solve the problem.
