Reward offered for capture of man who robbed Iowa bank

OMAHA – Citizens State Bank is offering a $5000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the man responsible for the July 30th, 2013 robbery of the Citizens State Bank in Oxford Junction, Iowa.

At approximately 08:39 am on July 30, 2013 the Citizens State Bank at 101 W Broadway St., Oxford Junction, IA was robbed by a lone white male. The robber entered the bank and verbally demanded money from the tellers. No weapon was displayed. The robber is described as a white male, approximately 5’5” tall, dark hair, wearing a camouflage base ball cap and a green zip up sweatshirt. The robber also sported a full beard and mustache which may have been fake.

The robber left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen driving northbound out of town in an older model, full sized, single cab, two wheel drive, white, Dodge pickup truck. The word “Dodge Ram” was written on the tailgate in black lettering and the entire rear windshield consisted of a tinted image of the American flag.

The robbery is being investigated by the Jones County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI. Anyone with information regarding the robbery should contact the Jones County Sheriff’s Office at 319-462-4371 or the FBI at 319-743-6500.

@Steal Panther-Hey drugger-I have a gun. As a matter of fact I have several guns. Try and steal my stuff and you will find out.

Politicans don’t need a gun to rob the private citizens.

They don’t need them, they’d got Kool-Aid drinkers like LVS to help them out.
