@common sense-Great comments.
This should be a wake up call for our EDC nimrods. Ten jobs averaging 65 thousand a year plus benefits. This is exactly the type of jobs Mason City needs. Maybe the EDC should stop trying to get a bigger manufacturing company to relocate to Mason City and instead concentrate on getting smaller business that pay a very good wage. Ten new employees…ten new jobs thats a great start.
Our esteemed EDC continues to fail to bring any economic impact to our area…except for their high salarys paid for by our tax dollars, and of course their big achievement for the year, 15 poverty level jobs for telemarketers.
The thing is folks nothing they are doing is working…we the people who pay your salary, we the people of the corridor demand answers, and we demand results……enough is enough.
