PLYMOUTH – A Plymouth woman was arrested on May 31st after a disturbance was reported at her home.
According to the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a dispute between a husband and wife at 20042 290th Street in Plymouth on Friday, May 31st at just after 6 PM.
Sheila Anne Vanhooser, 45, was arrested at the scene for for Child Endangerment. A deputy wrote that Vanhooser “knowingly acted in a manner that created a substantial risk to her child’s physical safety.” During the incident, Vanhooser allegedly grabbed her seven year-old son’s arm, causing injury to his arm.
Vanhooser was taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail and charged with aggravated misdemeanor child endangerment. Records do not show when Vanhooser’s court date is set for.
