BEIJING, March 25 (UPI) — Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli Monday pledged to create a fair business environment for U.S. investors.
“China and the United States share a wide range of common interests,” Zhang said after a meeting in Beijing with former U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen.
The vice premier said China was committed to creating fair partnerships with U.S. businesses, Xinhua reported.
Cohen, chairman and chief executive officer of the Cohen Group, also pledged to help create a cooperative environment between the two countries.
