Washington, DC – Congressman Steve King released the following statement in response to the third anniversary of ObamaCare on Saturday, March 23, 2013:
“Let’s repeal ObamaCare,” said King. “Let’s take it off the books. Let’s pull it out by the roots as if it had never been enacted. And let’s start all over again with a doctor patient relationship and with free enterprise directing this health care, not a government mandate. We need to get our freedom back and we need to reestablish our constitutional rights. This is the three year anniversary. Three years from now I hope to be telling you, ‘We got this done’ and look back on all the struggle we’ve been through. America will be a better place if we can expand American freedom and repeal ObamaCare.”

And our premium has gone from $800/month to $1674/month in the last 4 years.
@Katie-just get ready. I have it on good authority from someone who works in the health field management that they have already been notified of more increases. Take from the rich (working people) and give to the poor. Who says Robin (Obama)Hood is dead?
Amen sicka. King just wants the freedom of the “good ol’ rich boys” to skew the little guy.
What are you talking about King? What does freedom or the constitution have to do with healthcare?
And most importantly, what makes you think anybody WANTS to get rid of the healthcare law? In the last three years, 6.1 million senior citizens have saved over 5.7 BILLION dollars on our prescriptions, 105 million people have no lifetime limit and 17 million kids with pre-existing conditions can no longer be denied coverage.
THANK YOU PRESIDENT OBAMA.
Go away, King. And take your vengeful partisan twisted little mind with you.
