  1. This was not a long term relationship.

“An internet search shows Hinojos was being held in San Joaquin County Jail in California on October 19th, 2012 for possession of a controlled substance.”

    1. And he heard how great the crow bar motels are here in NI in the Winter so he came here for some RnR. LOL. I (and the cops) vote “return to sender”. Don’t even waste the courts time or taxpayers money. Just take him to the West state line and drop him off. BBY.

  2. As a victum of verbal and mental abuse I do have to say that the person doing the abuse has a way to get in your head. These abusers scout out there victums well ahead of time and pick people who are kind harted and givers, then they act on that. If someone is being verbally or physically abused yes, they should leave right away. ESPECIALLY if children are involoved!! However that abuse is usually followed by a million “I’m sorry, it will never happen again.” So anon, until you have walked in the victum’s shoes you might want to choose your words differently….kinda hard to get some self respect and esteem while you are being abused!

    1. I HAVE walked in an abused shoes! That’s why I said GET OUT the 1st time you feel abused. It was a warning not an accusation. I was threatened verbally and that’s all it took for me. I tried for a couple yrs. to stay for the child’s sake. But one threat was enough for me to say BY BY A- HOLE! Women need to put their own self and children 1st instead of trying to pacify the guys needs. They only get worse if you stay and let you use them for a punching bag. Nowdays thee is so much more emotional and financial help for women than was offered or available for me when I had my situation.
Of course they pick on the weak. They’re too chicken sht to pick on someone stronger. But you have to get strong or get beat.

    2. A woman won’t get self-esteem while she’s with te abuser. That’s why she should leave. To work on her own issues instead of trying to help the a-hole that doesn’t want help. The longer she stays the more in danger she becomes when she decides to leave. So dumping the abuser at the 1st incident would prevent the situation from escalating. Men can become victims also by abusive women. So everyone needs to set standards for themselves and not settle for anything less.

  3. Not blaming the victim but maybe if some of these victims would leave in the beginning of the relationship when the verbal abuse starts they’d be safer. they end up staying because she’s so in loooooove. Betting she goes back to him with her 3-4 kids by 3-4 dads. Time to wake up ladies and get some self respect and esteem and refuse to put up with any abuse of any kind. I know a gal that got strangled and she eventualy married the guy. People need to learn to handle issues without resorting to violence. The recent trial proves where it can end up at. A young man will now “grow-up” in prison.

  4. Seems to me there have been a ton of these strangulations lately. I hope they can put the perps away and keep the victims safe.
