Note from the General Manager David Green –
Our fiscal year ended September 30, 2012 with very little fanfare although it was tremendously successful. Our income was up and our expenses were down showing a gain that will help us complete some of our maintenance projects that have been needed. Recently you may have observed us applying paint to buildings, replacing light bulbs with energy efficient bulbs, fixing horse stalls and a lot of other simple maintenance repairs. Being fiscally responsible is our top priority as we complete the 2013 budget and prioritize capi- tal improvements. The bathroom remodel for the Olson Building is our highest priority as we work with the Cerro Gordo County Board of Supervisors to accomplish this. We con- tinue to be excited about the accomplishments in 2012 and the prospects for 2013. We invite everyone to get involved.
