UI Police issued the following number of citations:

The following individuals were arrested during football game day operations:

Betts, Paige Morgan, 19, of Sioux City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1853 hours. Betts staggered through gate M. Betts was unsteady and smelled of an alcoholic beverage. Betts admitted drinking. Refused PBT.

Jambrone, Samuel J, 18, of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1839 hours. Jambrone fell and hit his head. Jambrone had slurred speech & admitted drinking. Jambrone blew .237 PBT.

O’Campo-Lana, Raul, 18, of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1844 hours. O’Campo-Lana had poor balance and slurred speech. O’Campo-Lana had two cans of Bud Light in his pocket. Refused PBT.

Perry, Matthew Brandon, 31, of Ankeny, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1829 hours. Perry was unsteady & stumbling. Perry had slurred speech. Perry had a bottle of Dr Pepper and stated Bacardi is mixed in it. Perry refused PBT.

Neagle, Troy Scott, 18, of Marion, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1834 hours. Neagle appeared intoxicated in public. Neagle had slurred speech and a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. Neagle admitted drinking. Neagle blew .121 PBT.

Marshall, Adam S, 22, of Woodstock, IL for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1832 hours. Marshall walked into the stadium and fell down. Marshall was helped up by several subjects. Marshall admitted having 5 beers. Marshall blew .239 PBT.

Stear, Cindy Ann, 48, of Roscoe, IL for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1843 hours. Stear fell over and stumbled three times and had to be held up by her husband. Stear admitted to drinking wine. Stear refused PBT.

Henika, Anthony G, 55, of Franklin, WI for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1920 hours. Henika was passed out in his seat. Henika had watery, bloodshot eyes. Refused PBT.

Sibbitt, Lincoln Spencer, 19, of Rinard, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1905 hours. Sibbitt was stumbling. Sibbitt had slurred speech and blew .242 PBT.

Stochl, Richard W, 19, of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1908 hours. Stochl was swaying from side to side. Stochl had slurred speech & stated he had enough to drink to get in trouble. Refused PBT.

Ryan, Brigid Rose, 19, of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox and Trespass at Kinnick Stadium at 1907 hours. Ryan entered the stadium in an intoxicated state and the officer advised her to leave the stadium. Five minutes later Ryan entered the stadium. Ryan had a flask full of rum. Ryan refused PBT.

Kemp, Brett Daniel, 30, of Omaha, NE for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1913 hours. Kemp was staggering as he entered Kinnick. Kemp admitted drinking two beers. Kemp blew .200 PBT.

Morrow, Alexander Arthur, 19, of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1851 hours. Morrow pushed his way through the ticket line to get by the ticket taker.  Morrow had 3 cans of beer in his pockets. Morrow blew .178 PBT.

Loney, Eric John, 37, of Cumming, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1934 hours. Loney was standing against a gate, having trouble standing. Loney was asked to leave and his wife took him out. Loney was falling over outside of gate I. Loney blew .208 PBT.

Wiltgen, Michael Joseph, 19, of Cedar Rapids, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1932 hours. Wiltgen was swaying and losing his balance in the stands. Wiltgen blew .153 PBT.

Novosad, Hunter, L, 19, of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 2022 hours. Novosad was in the restroom vomiting. Novosad had slurred speech & blew .175 PBT.

Peyton, John Walter, 30, of Cedar Rapids, IA for Interference w/Official Acts, Bodily Injury and Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 2003 hours. Peyton hit a fan in the face with a towel. Peyton caused other issues with other fans in the stands. Peyton admitted drinking. Peyton refused to walk while under arrest. Peyton knocked over a podium causing injury to officers.

Linder, Patrick Bryce, 19, of Fort Dodge, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 2013 hours. Linder was passed out in section 122. Linder admitted drinking and had poor balance. Linder blew .168 PBT.

Booze, Kyle James, 27, of Cedar Rapids, IA for Public Intox at Gerdin Learning Center, east side at 1957 hours. Booze was found in a dark alley. Booze said he was urinating. Booze had unsteady balance and smelled of alcohol. Booze blew .129 PBT.

Van Diepen, Dustin Joel, 19, of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1917 hours. Van Diepen was using the railings to keep himself up. Van Diepen admitted drinking & blew .154 PBT.

Filippelli, Jennifer Nichole, 27, of Des Moines, IA for Pubic Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 2007 hours. Filippelli was vomiting in a trash can by section 128. Filippelli had a strong odor of alcohol. Filippelli refused medical and refused PBT.

Polka, Zachary Allen, 28, of Des Moines, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1928 hours. Polka was yelling at a female. Polka was swaying from side to side. When officers contacted Polka he became aggressive. Polka refused PBT.

Jensen, Brian Arthur, 39, of Jesup, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 2002 hours. Jensen was arguing with his wife inside gate H. Jensen was unsteady on his feet, stumbling and swaying. Jensen had slurred speech and smelled strongly of ingested alcohol. Jensen blew .179 PBT.

Frisch, Ethan E, 21, of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1947. Officers received a complaint that Frisch was drinking beer and yelling at other fans. Frisch had an open Miller Lite in his hand. Frisch stated he had several beers. Frisch refused PBT.

Parker, Bryce Benjamin, 29, of Elmira, NY for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 1943 hours. Parker was standing in a roped off handicap section of seating. Parker was leaning over a subject and asked to stop, but kept doing it. Parker kept arguing with officers. Parker blew .165 PBT.

Nguyen, Luke, 26, of Iowa City, IA for Public Intox at Lot 43 at 1925 hours. Nguyen was fighting with his girlfriend. Nguyen had slurred speech and admitted drinking. Nguyen blew .123 PBT.

Baccam, Kevin Southiphab, 38, of Altoona, IA for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 2030 hours. Baccam was vomiting and found sleeping in the stands. Baccam blew .127 PBT.

Hennen, Brian Lee, 47, of Panora, IA for Public Intox, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance at Kinnick Stadium at 2045 hours. Hennen was smoking in a prohibited area. Hennen showed signs of intoxication. Hennen refused PBT. Upon search of arrest drug paraphernalia & controlled substance was found on his person.

Schleusner, Mary Ruth, 21, of Iowa City for Public Intox at Kinnick Stadium at 2103 hours. Schleusner was sleeping in a restroom stall. Schleusner had slurred speech and smelled of ingested alcohol. Schleusner admitted drinking beer and blew .158 PBT.

Williams, Shane Michael, 34, of Waterloo, IA for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance at Hawkins/Melrose at 2040 hours. Williams was seen with a wooden dugout and a small steel pipe. Williams saw officers & tried to put the items in his pocket. Williams handed over the dugout and admitted it was “weed”.

Decarlo, Kathleen Marie, 19, of Davenport, IA for Public Intox at 212 S Clinton St at 2040 hours.  Decarlo was squatting behind some dumpsters in an alley. Decarlo admitted drinking. Decarlo refused PBT.

Schug, Gayleen K, 53 of Auburn, IA for OWI at 220 Hawkins Dr at 2151 hours.
