Iowa State Penitentiary inmate died Tuesday

Rick Dwayne Nebinger, an inmate assigned to the Iowa State Penitentiary, died Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City.

Nebinger died of natural causes due to Metastatic Gastric Carcinoma (stomach cancer).

Nebinger was 51 years old and serving a life sentence for Murder-1st degree from Scott County.  This sentence began on June 25, 1985.

I would just be guessing, but would think that the next of kin is responsible for that.

But again, I’m talking commmon sense. This is a federal GOV agency which = no common sense allowed.
