Should common sense be included in your phone plan?

People have been talking and driving for as long as there have been wheels on their transportation. I agree that texting is very bad as it causes you to take your eyes off the road to type and is very dangerous. I also see people reading while driving. How stupid can you get?? As far as stopping the talking on a cell phone I see no problem if they have hands free. It is just like having someone riding with you and talking to them while you drive. You CAN NOT pass laws to prevent evrything that MIGHT happen. It is NANNY STATE in action.
