MASON CITY – The Mason City Zoning Board of Adjustment will be evaluating a conditional use permit that would allow the establishment and operation of a “waste transfer form/function” in the Z6-0 Open Industrial Zoning District.
The meeting will be held Tuesday, November 1 at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall, second floor conference room.
The applicant is Joseph D. Yavorski, CEO of Creative Energy Systems (CES).
CES wants to build a prototype waste-to-gas plant on Mason City’s south side, immediately east of Golden Grain Energy on 43rd Street SW.
