Welfare recipients should be drug tested.
This goes for people taking food stamps, welfare payments, unemployment, disability, any kind of handout from the government.
If you test positive, all state and local freebies should cease immediately. Then it should be up to the drug abuser’s family to support them. Or they can go to their church or some other charity for help.
I for one am sick and tired of supporting the drug habits of these deadbeats with my taxes. I’ve seen too many losers on easy street who are addicted to some drug, with no job, riding around in a nicer car than I have. Some of these people have 2 or 3 kids in the back seat. They sit around all day waiting for their check to show up.
They have found a way to beat the system and get paid to do nothing.
Not my problem to support these people, take the help away if they are on drugs.
