MASON CITY – Around 6:45 Friday night, a report of a car on fire on Eisenhower and Highway 122. There was a lot of smoke coming from the engine area. The car was stopped and the female was out of the car. The Mason City Fire Department arrived, investigated the situation and determined that the radiator hose had broken.
