The Elmwood – St. Joseph Municipal Cemetery would like to remind families and friends to remove their winter decoration as soon as possible. Meaningful winter decorations they want to keep should be picked up on or before Sunday, April 10, 2011.
The City Cemetery Staff will begin removing and disposing of all non-regulation decorations after this date. Regulations allow flowers, either live or artificial, to remain on graves at all times, but they must be in flower boxes, permanent vases or securely attached to monuments.

This is an extension of the normal date for removal of winter decorations, which is the first of April, due to the cold wet weather.|
