Mason City Police officers were dispatched to Hy-Vee at 551 S Illinois Ave on December 22 at 12:20 PM for a shoplifter. Subject pushed a cart of items out of the store with out paying. When confronted, the 35 year-old female abandoned the cart and left in a vehicle. Officer located vehicle at residence. Further investigation being done.|
