A Mason City mailman was bitten by a pit bull on November 26th while delivering mail on North Pennsylvania Ave.
The dog was owned by Kayla Feltcher who lives at 1515 N. Penn.
Mason City City Attorney Tom Meyer made contact with Feltcher last week and she agreed to sign the dog over to the city and enter a guilty plea to vicious animal.
The dog was euthanized this morning. |
