RUTHVEN, IOWA – Two juveniles were charged after a fight at a North Iowa school.
On May 10, 2021 at 9:07 AM, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a fight in progress at the Ruthven-Ayrshire School. Upon investigation the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office charged a juvenile male with Serious Assault, a serious misdemeanor. A second juvenile male was charged with Simple Assault, a simple misdemeanor.
Both juveniles were released to the custody of a parent/guardian.
