SHEFFIELD – Sukup Manufacturing Co. announced this week the company is acquiring certain assets of Global Fabrication, Inc., a full service fabrication facility located in Hampton, Iowa. This expansion will allow Sukup to double its manufacturing capacity for cat walks, towers, and other structural products while maintaining a commitment to employment in North Central Iowa.
The existing facility is approximately 70,000-square feet. Sukup is currently accepting applications for immediate hires at this location, and plans to have the facility fully operational by April 2021.

Sukup Manufacturing Co. is the world’s largest family-owned and operated manufacturer of grain storage, grain drying and handling equipment, and steel buildings. Sukup also manufactures material handling equipment including bucket elevators, conveyors and support structures; and steel buildings. Sukup has six distribution centers in the Midwest. Sukup products are sold throughout the U.S. and Canada, and in more than 80 other countries.
With farmers getting interest free loans to build grain bins, I would think business is booming at Sukup.

Maybe sukuo should worry about girong locals before chicago or detroit trash, maybe sukuo should focus on hiring locals before immigrants, maybe sukuo shouldn’t paying better, we know they can afford it. Heard the stories of mexican shitting in the garbage cans instead of the toilets, heard the stories of the nigs that work there, have met members of the sukup family and they are your stereotypical pretentious yuppy scum. I wouldnt work there no less given them the opportunity to fire me. It’s a shitty company that could afford to pay its employees more and that’s the bottom line. That family is creepy and full of themselves. That statue out front of the plant is pretty telling from a psychological standpoint. I’d never work for people with those types of complexes.
The capital gains tax rate needs to be set at 47.9%. Any lower is like taking one step forward, two steps back…again. Like the Carnival-Norwegian cruise ship combo that is toast.
