Iowa man accused of incest, sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of child pornography

DAVENPORT, IOWA – An Iowa man is accused of incest, sexual exploitation of a
minor and possession of child pornography.

On August 8, 2020 the Scott County Sheriffs Office received a Cybertip from the Iowa ICAC Task Force and started an investigation. As a result, 25-year-old Dylan L. Stage of Eldridge, Iowa, was developed as the suspect in this case. Through the investigation information was obtained for criminal charges of Sexual Exploitation of a minor and incest.

Evidence was obtained Stage was possessing and promoting child pornography. The investigation into incest developed evidence that Stage had sexual intercourse with a half blood adult female family member.

On October 21, 2020 Stage was arrested and booked into the Scott County Jail charging him with seven counts Sexual Exploitation of a minor (Iowa Code 728.12(2)) a class “D” felony, three counts Sexual Exploitation of a minor (Iowa Code 728.12(3)) an aggravated misdemeanor and one count Incest (Iowa Code 726.6) a class “D” felony.

Stage remains jailed, pending a court appearance.
