WASHINGTON, D.C. – Donald Trump and Joe Biden are scheduled to face off in a second Presidential debate in a virtual format, it was announced, but it is unclear if both candidates will actually participate.
In order to protect the health and safety of all involved with the second presidential debate, scheduled for October 15, 2020, The Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) announced the following today:
The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which the candidates would participate from separate remote locations. The town meeting participants and the moderator, Steve Scully, Senior Executive Producer & Political Editor, C-SPAN Networks, will be located at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County in Miami, Florida. The White House Pool will provide coverage of the second presidential debate.
Originally, the October 15, 2020 Presidential Debate was to be held at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County in Miami, Florida. It was planned to take the form of a town meeting. This was scrapped after Donald Trump caught Covid-19 and was rushed by helicopter to Walter Reed Medical Center and administered a cocktail of experimental drugs and steroids.
Both Biden and Trump continue to have somewhat fluid positions on how and under what circumstances they will participate in the debate.
CAPITALISM VS SOCIALISM
TRUMP OR DEMOCRAT
What difference does it make. Biden won’t answer any questions because we would find out the truth about his agenda.
Ha ha ha. You’re a moron and that’s generous.
As a Trump supporter how would you even know what a agenda is or even looks like?
try checking their records for starters
We know what an agenda is. We also know, that Pedo Joe don’t have one, other than, “Orange man bad!! CNN says so.”
You are drunk again. Biden has the DNC platform to run on, the RNC doesn’t even have a platform. They’ll do whatever Trump says to do.
They should go ahead and do the debate just like the VPs did..put the plexiglass barriers up and let ’em have at it.
Typo in first line, fyi
Really, who cares?
Thanks for the note, it is fixed
