MASON CITY – A Texas man arrested in June on a felony charge after an alleged assault near Nora Springs has pleaded not guilty and awaits trial.

Cerro Gordo county law enforcement were called to 23977 Claybanks Drive, outside Nora Springs, on Friday, June 11, 2020 at about 7:59 PM, to investigate an alleged assault. After an investigation, 35-year-old Brian William Huebsch of Fort Worth, Texas was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse assault – impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury.
