MASON CITY – Cerro Gordo county law enforcement executed drug warrants yesterday and arrested a swath of suspects as at least two others remain wanted.
On Monday May 18, 2020 the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office arrested several people on warrants for narcotics violations. The arrest warrants are connected to cases investigated in Cerro Gordo County and more arrests are anticipated.
The following people were arrested and taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail:
1. Antonio Ochoa Sandoval DOB/04-01-1996 Controlled Substance Violation (Class D Felony)
2. Amber D. Willenborg DOB/11-04-1984 Controlled Substance Violation (Class B Felony)
3. Kelsey Renee Leduc DOB/12-25-1998 2 Counts of Controlled Substance Violation (Class C Felony)
(already bonded out of jail)
4. Daniel Lee Vavrik DOB/02-22-1966 Controlled Substance Violation (Class B Felony)
5. Arthur Allen Ketchum DOB/12-19-1955 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Simple Misdemeanor)
6. Brian Barthollomeu Matthias DOB/12-23-1987 Possession of Methamphetamine 1St Offense (Serious Misdemeanor)
An arrest warrant has been issued for Jacob Daniel Johnson DOB/10-10-1989 for a Controlled Substance Violation (Class B Felony). Johnson is currently incarcerated in a federal corrections facility on unrelated charges.
The following individuals are currently wanted on controlled subtance violations:
1. Timothy Charles Cassady DOB/09-23-1975 Controlled Subtance Violation (Class B Felony), Possession of Marijuana 1″ Offense (Serious Misdemeanor) and Trafficking in Stolen Weapons (Class D Felony)
2. Crystal Pennington DOB/04-03-1988 2 counts of Controlled Substance Violation (Class C Felony)
