I am on my final glide path having covered that landscape called life, I now find my self surrounded with circumstances that are completely out of context to what once could be deemed normal.

He was once consider a superstar in the courtroom… now in one felled swoop he himself destroyed a reputation that took a lifetime to assemble, turned to dust on the floor of the Senate by bluntly lying to the entire country with gibberish recorded on tape. Allen Dershowitz should have a guardian with him at all times. Now the newscasters are tearing his reputation apart brick by brick. I think the self-inflicted wounds will prove mortal to his life’s work. Why, why did he fall on his sword? He was trying to save Donald Trump from his just deserts thinking the mere weight of his once revered words would carry the ball over the goal line. Didn’t work, not even close. Today there’s blood in the floor in the Senate that is recorded in the annals of American history that will never wash off. With his own words he moved a lifetime of work to the wrong side of the page… a mere footnote to great mistakes.
During the Balkan war in the early nineties the Globe-Gazette called me in for a interview. A young girl drew the assignment and right off it was apparent she was out of her element.
