MASON CITY – A public information meeting is being held regarding the 12th Street NW Reconstruction project which is scheduled for this year. The meeting will be held on January 30th, between 5:00 and 6:30 p.m. at the Mason City Public Library located at 225 2nd Street SE. The project limits extend between North Madison Avenue and North Washington Avenue.
Details of the project will be discussed at the meeting. City Engineering Staff along with representatives from SEH will be present to discuss the project informally. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend to express their views and ask questions about the project.

They had to have a minority contractor so they had a local crew do the concrete piece by piece and they f**ked it up so it got black topped so we could drive on it so here we go again 10 years later more construction.
What the hell! They just did that stretch of road 10 years ago. Foster Bro’s screwed it up and it had to be repaired.
