CHARLES CITY – A Charles City man was caught drunk driving this weekend.
The arrest took place on December 1, 2019. At about 1:53 AM, officers with the Charles City police department conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of North Grand Avenue. As a result fo the stop and investigation, 30-year-old David Snyder of Charles City was arrested for operating while intoxicated and driving on the wrong side of the road.
