WATERLOO – Calvin Orlando Hoskins, convicted of Burglary 1st Degree and other crimes in Black Hawk County, failed to report back to the Waterloo Residential Corrections Facility as required last night.
Hoskins is a 37-year-old black male, height 6’3″, and weighs 265 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on July 12, 2019.
