MASON CITY – A Mason City man has been arrested for three counts of felony sex abuse.
On June 28, 2019, 40-year-old Bryan Lee Holmes of Mason City was arrested for three counts of Class C Felony 3rd Degree Sex Abuse – forcible fondling. Mason City Police had received an earlier report that Holmes was having sexual contact with an underage person over the course of several months. Holmes and the victim were aquainted. The incident occurred at a home in Mason City.
The investigation of Bryan Holmes is ongoing. Anyone with further information is encouraged to contact the Mason City Police Department.
