RURAL WORTH COUNTY – A Fertile man was caught drunk driving in Worth county.
On May 24, 2019 at 11:40 PM, a Worth County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on Brian Patrick Hyde of Fertile Iowa on Eagle Avenue south of Highway 9. Hyde was arrested and charged with Operating While Under The Influence 1st Offense, a serious misdemeanor.
Hyde was taken to jail and soon bonded out, as he awaits a court appearance.
