Iowa men arrested after stabbing fast food worker for botched order

DES MOINES – Two Iowa men took matters into their own hands this week after a botched fast food order, stabbing a restaurant employee.

Tuesday night, two men from Des Moines assaulted and stabbed an employee at a fast food restaurant; police did not identify the restaurant.

“This whole thing started over a messed up food order,” police explained. “Further investigation has found that there may be additional contributing factors.

“Fortunately, the victim will survive, but he was seriously injured.”

After investigation, DMPD detectives charged two men in connection to the stabbing of the restaurant employee. 22 year old Jose Manuel Perez Soto (top photo), and 28 year old Miguel Jesus Soto (bottom photo), both of Des Moines, have been arrested and charged with Willful Injury.
