MANCHESTER, IOWA – An Iowa woman resisting arrest was subdued and cops found quite the stash of meth on her person.
On March 12, 2019, at 22:55, officers from the Manchester Police Department served valid arrest warrants on a subject as she was leaving a residence. During the arrest the subject resisted arrest by attempting to pull away from officers multiple times. After the subject was restrained officer conducted a search of her person. During the search, officers found approximately 21.5 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Arrested was 57-year-old Robin Jacquelyn Kinney of Manchester, Iowa, charged with:
Interference with Official Acts, a Simple Misdemeanor
Failure to Affix a Drug Tax Stamp, a Class D Felony
Possession of Controlled Substance/Intent to Deliver, a Class B Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Simple Misdemeanor
All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
