CHARLES CITY – An Osage man who is a school principal was recently arrested for drunk driving in Charles City.
On February 16, 2019 at 11:21 PM, officers with the Charles City police department conducted a traffic stopping the 700 block of Riverside Drive. As a result of the stop and investigation, 42-year-old Jay Dean Marley of Osage was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated after being stopped for a turning at intersection violation.
Marley was jailed and released, pending a court date set for March. Â Marley is listed as the principal at Osage Middle School.
