MANLY – Law enforcement executed a search warrant at a rural Manly, Iowa location and two people were accused of meth possession and taken to jail.
On Saturday morning, January 19, the Worth County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant in rural Manly. As a result of the search warrant authorities located narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Mark Urbatsch, 61, of rural Manly was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance- methamphetamine 3rd or subsequent offense, a class D felony, possession of a controlled substance- marijuana 3rd or subsequent offense, an aggravated misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Holly Low, 45, of Northwood was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine 1st offense, a serious misdemeanor, possession of a controlled substance – marijuana 1st offense, a serious misdemeanor and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Both Urbatsch and Low were booked into the Worth County Jail.
