WHAT? No peyote? No ‘shrooms? No PCP? No Coke? No Heroin?

So “Where’s The Beef” in this arrest? Where is the PROOF of “intent to deliver”?

    Were any undercover buys made?

Why wouldn’t users have quantities of illicit drugs for PERSONAL use? Alcoholics usually keep an adequate supply on hand. As do tobacco users.

Seems like the “intent” here is nothing more than SPECULATIVE ASSUMPTIONS? (Is that legal?)

As such…Are not ALL of these charges nothing more than UNPROVEN allegations?

And we all know that MANY of these allegations are bullshit Trumped-up (pun intended) charges that are added to give the defendants the ILLUSION (in court) that some (bullshit add-ons) will be dismissed if the Defendant pleads guilty to the UN-PROVEABLE “major” ALLEGATIONS. That’s the way our Court system works: Set up possible plea bargains so’s the persecutor does not have to work so hard to earn his/her paycheck.

Nope. For these and other reasons, I’m pretty sure there will be NO felony convictions of these penny-ante “mobsters”. I predict that ALL will “walk” with NO prison time…which is where REAL felons usually wind up. Don’t forget: “jails” and “prisons” are not the same. And btw: I have been in the presence of UNIFORMED COPS that reeked of that “notorious” weed. And alcohol.
